My path to birth work began the moment I brought my own two children into the world — both born at home, both transformative beyond anything I could have imagined. Those births didn't just make me a mother. They changed me at the cellular level.
I am a theater director, actress, prenatal yoga teacher, and ceremony facilitator. My approach weaves together clinical knowledge with ritual, intention, and the wisdom of the sacred feminine.

A doula walks with you before, during, and after birth — offering physical support, emotional presence, and trusted information. A ceremonial doula brings something more: ritual, intention, and the understanding that birth is a profound rite of passage.
I work with any type of birth — hospital, birth center, or home. Ceremony is also available completely independently of doula support.

Whether you are a first-time mother, a couple navigating questions together, or simply someone who wants to understand their options — I offer one-on-one birth planning sessions tailored entirely to you. We can cover your birth plan, hospital protocols, pain management options, what to expect during labor, postpartum preparation, or anything else on your mind.
